Our company was launched in 2019, following the success of the model over at Silverback Equity’s sister companies, MPL Estates Limited and First Project in the Middle East. Silverback Equity was founded by Mouhammad Dabboussi, Khalid Nafjan, Shakeel Mohmed and Mahmood Patel with more than 80 years’ experience between them.
Every Silverback Equity investor will be properly introduced to a dedicated Investor Relations Manager (IRM), who will be their primary point of contact at all times. The IRM will detail information about ongoing, live investment opportunities, and respond to any questions you, as the investor, may have about your Silverback Equity investment portfolio.
If you are interested in finding out more about the investment opportunities we have currently, and you can qualify as either a High-Net-Worth individual or Self-Certified Sophisticated Investor, then please register on our site. Once you have completed registration, one of our Investor Relations Managers will be in touch with you with more information and be able to answer your questions.
Unfortunately not. Your money will be in a non-liquid investment and, in your position as investor, you will be committed to the project involved for its full duration. Therefore, you must consider whether this form of illiquidity may compromise your finances or lifestyle, and take into account all relevant factors, including your age. The target project duration, as above, is only an approximate guide, and the real duration of your project may be longer.
As you can imagine, every project has its own target timescale. This will be fully detailed in a comprehensive business plan before you invest. However, the average project duration is usually estimated to be between 18 and 36 months – although, in some instances, project delivery may be longer.
This will differ on each project, and the tax treatment will always be detailed in your investor presentation.
